Directions to Orchard Hill
FROM THE SOUTH: (Keene etc.)
- Follow Route 9 / 10 North out of Keene
- Go left onto Route 10 North towards Newport
- In 5 miles, after a steep down hill will be Gilsum - Take the left fork up through town. (Main St.)
- In 4 miles is intersection with blinking light
- Go straight through intersection
- In 1 mile go left onto Old Settlers Rd
(just past row of mailboxes)
- Orchard Hill is the first place on the right
FROM THE EAST: (Peterborough)
- Follow Route 123 through Hancock, Stoddard, and Marlow.
- Five miles after the gas station in Marlow is a blinking yellow light.
- Go right at light
- In 1 mile go left onto Old Settlers Rd
(just past row of mailboxes)
- Orchard Hill is the first place on the right
FROM THE WEST ( Bellows FalsVT)
-Go across the river to rt 12 south.
-Go left on route123 towards alstead / Drewsville
-Stay on route 123 through drewsville and Alstead
towards East Alstead and Marlow.
-5 miles after the Citgo gas in Alstead, look for
LAKE WARREN on the right, (a driveway to a
marked public boat access)
- Take the next left turn, Old Settlers Road.
-We're less than a mile up on the left.
FROM THE SOUTHWEST ( Putney, Brattleboro)
-Follow I 91 to exit 5.
-Go right at the end of the ramp onto Route 5 S.
-After 1 mile go left under train bridge at Gas
station on VT 123 towards NH.
-Go left after crossing the river onto route 12 N.
- After 1.5 miles go right at sign for Alstead / Drewsville.
-Stay on route 123 through Drewsville / Alstead
-5 miles after the Citgo gas in Alstead, look for
LAKE WARREN on the right, (a driveway to a

-Take the next left turn, Old Settlers Road.
-We're less than a mile up on the left.
